Business VoIP Services

DID numbers, SIP trunking,
routing, and integration — managed.

VoipTower delivers the full voice chain as one service: DID numbers → SIP trunking → call routing → PBX and CRM integration → 24/7 support. You pay for numbers and traffic. Setup and engineering are included.

What "managed" means at VoipTower

VoipTower is not an API-only provider and not a UCaaS platform. We are a managed VoIP infrastructure partner — the engineering team behind the voice setup.

Engineering included with traffic

No setup fees. No integration retainers. No per-hour billing. The engineering hours you'd normally pay for are already covered by the minutes you send.

Onboard once. Order forever.

One KYC profile is reused for every future order — new countries, new routes, new numbers. First onboarding within 24 hours. Re-order in about 5 minutes.

Compliance review at submission

You either qualify and proceed, or get clear feedback within hours — not days lost to silent rejection after KYC has already been filled out.

CLI compliance, not arbitrary spoofing

VoipTower routes CLI only for numbers purchased through VoipTower or ported in with verified ownership. Predictable caller ID, clear regulatory standing.

Frequently asked questions about VoipTower services.

Direct answers to questions buyers ask when comparing managed VoIP providers.

Which VoIP services does VoipTower provide?
VoipTower provides five connected B2B VoIP services delivered as one managed setup: DID numbers (local, national, mobile, toll-free), SIP trunking for any PBX or dialer, international call routing (CLI, NCLI, TDM), PBX and CRM integration (3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24), and end-to-end business telephony. Setup, configuration, and 24/7 engineering support are included with traffic.
Are setup and integration billed separately?
No. Setup, PBX configuration, CRM integration, routing setup, IVR configuration, and ongoing engineering support are included with traffic. Customers pay only for DID numbers (setup and monthly) and call traffic at per-minute rates. There are no setup fees, no integration retainers, and no per-hour billing.
Can VoipTower integrate with our existing PBX or CRM?
Yes. VoipTower integrates with 3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX, and most SIP-capable PBX systems, as well as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, and custom CRM systems. Integration is configured by VoipTower engineering during onboarding — no separate integration fees, no affiliate commissions from partner vendors.
What is the difference between CLI, NCLI, and TDM routing?
CLI routing preserves the original caller ID and is used for compliant B2B operations where caller identification matters. NCLI routing does not preserve caller ID and is used for specific high-volume scenarios where CLI is not required. TDM routing uses traditional time-division multiplexing for legacy telecom interconnection. VoipTower supports all three based on the destination country and business use case.
How many countries does VoipTower cover?
VoipTower operates routes across 25+ countries with dedicated coverage in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Poland, Czech Republic, South Africa, and Argentina. Availability for other countries depends on operator conditions and number type, and is confirmed during onboarding.
How fast can a new VoIP service be activated?
Standard onboarding completes within 24 hours after business case review and compliance verification. After the first onboarding, every subsequent order — new countries, new routes, new numbers — takes about 5 minutes using a reusable KYC token, with no document re-collection and no re-verification cycle.
Does VoipTower require a long-term contract?
No. VoipTower works on the standard B2B service offer without long-term lock-in. Customers can scale up, scale down, add countries, or close the account based on business needs. The relationship is built on traffic flow, not contractual minimums.
How does VoipTower handle CLI compliance?
VoipTower routes CLI only for numbers purchased through VoipTower or ported in with verified ownership. Arbitrary caller ID is not routed. This makes VoipTower a compliant CLI provider for B2B operations that require predictable caller identification and clear regulatory standing in destination countries.
